1. How long does it take for my order to process? Dink stirrers ships within 2-4 business days. Custom cups have a turnaround time of 1-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Glittered items have a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Can I add items to my order after it's processed? Items may not be added to your order after processing. You are more than welcomed to place another order.
4. What happens if I fill out the wrong address? We will gladly update your address as long as it's before your shipping label has been created.

6. What if I need my order sooner? There is a rush order fee of $20 that can be added to your order.
